From the olive groves of Andalusia rises the region of El Condado,specifically Castellar, a town and village in the province of Jaén, where some houses, built atop Roman and Arab towers, are now a heritage of the noble lineages that once resided in the area.
Our origins have led us on a journey spanning over 100 years of history, during which, generation after generation, we have achieved what once seemed impossible: improving the quality of olive oil, theRomans' liquid gold. We have accomplished this by blending the tradition and craftsmanship of our
ancestors with the ongoing innovation that defines us.
Production, Packaging, Marketing, and Export
Tradition continues, and our drive for improvement grows, which is why we have embraced new technologies to enhance hygiene, consistency, and eƯiciency in the production and packaging of our products. We control the entire oil cycle to ensure maximum quality in their production.
Similarly, with a strong commitment to continuously improving the quality of our products and food safety, Aceites Guadalimar has a specialized department composed of highly qualified personnel who select and monitor the origin of each of the oils we package. We have implemented a quality and food safety assurance system based on the UNE-EN-ISO 22000:2005 standard for both the production and packaging processes, ensuring the safety of our products throughout the entire food chain.
